Wonderful.
Is it this portrait? It's one of my favorites. (Hesler took at least three others that day.) I used it in my Lincoln: His Own Words on the 150th anniversary of his death. ![]() I have endured a great deal of ridicule without much malice; and have received a great deal of kindness, not quite free from ridicule.
